Fall seems to be the perfect time for a cranberry coffee cake although if you love cranberries and you love coffeecake, there's no reason you could not bake one of these easy-to-make treats at any time of the year.
I keep cranberries frozen in my freezer all year long and we always enjoy a cranberry coffee cake when it is fall, at Christmas or when we are having morning company. We serve it with boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt and cheese for a very nice, easy breakfast.
